Hereafter Aubourn Entourage Limited shall be known as “The Company” and the person signing the booking form shall be known as “The Hirer”.
It will be deemed that THE HIRER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERY PERSON IN HIS OR HER PARTY AND EVERY PERSON IN THE PARTY IS AWARE OF THIS and fully agrees with the conditions of hire, which are as follows:

1. All bookings are by pre-booking only, to be confirmed with a 25% deposit, by return of post, before it is accepted as a confirmed booking.
   
2. The balance is to be paid at least 5 working days prior to journey for non-account customers.  All balances for Account customers are strictly by 30 day account.
3. In the event of any alteration to the booking, or cancellation, by the Hirer, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
4. If the Hirer has to cancel the booking, with less than 14 days notice prior to hire and does not notify the company in writing, the balance will also be forfeited.
5. The company can accept no responsibility for adverse weather conditions, such as, snow, ice or storm conditions, etc. which may cause delay or cancellation.
6. Whilst every effort will be taken, no responsibility can be accepted for any breakdowns, irrespective of cause, every effort will be made by the company to continue the journey, or a 75% refund will be given. NOTE: In the event of conditions five or six occurring, the company accepts no responsibility for missing connections, functions or consequential loss, however caused.
7. Smoking is not permitted in any company vehicles and the use of narcotics will not be tolerated.  Any person or persons found using narcotics illegally in company vehicles will be reported to the police.  The consumption of alcohol not supplied by the company is prohibited, unless agreed at the time of booking.  Consumption of food will not be permitted unless agreed at the time of booking.
8. Alcoholic or soft drinks supplied by the company must not be removed from the vehicles. 
9. The Hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damaged caused to company vehicles by the Hirer or any member of his/her party.  The Hirer will be liable for all reasonable repairs or valet costs plus any loss resulting from loss of bookings.  This includes incitement to any third party that results in damage or loss. 
10. The company and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse entry to any person they deem unfit for any reason and can refuse to continue a journey if any person behaves in a manner which maybe detrimental to others or company vehicles.  In this event, no refund shall be given.
